These draft terms describe the proposed conditions for using the Association of Africans and Caribbean Network (AACN) website. They are not a finalized agreement and must be reviewed by the organization before adoption.

This website shares information about AACN, its programs and ways to get involved.
Program and event information may change. Please confirm arrangements with AACN before relying on an event listing. Information here is general and is not professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Respectful use
Please use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not send spam, impersonate someone, submit harmful material, attempt to access information without permission or interfere with the website.
Only provide information you have permission to share. Do not submit payment details or sensitive personal information through a contact, volunteer or sponsorship form.
Inquiries, volunteering and sponsorship
Forms on this website are saved securely and seen only by AACN staff. A confirmation message means AACN has received your request.
Submitting an inquiry or expression of interest will not guarantee a volunteer placement, sponsorship arrangement or partnership. Any arrangement will need separate confirmation from AACN.
Our draft privacy policy explains the proposed handling of form information and consent.
Donations
Online donations are made on PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s terms. This website will not collect your card details.
Before donating, check the recipient and payment details on PayPal. AACN’s donation, refund and receipt arrangements still need organization confirmation. We do not claim that donations are tax-deductible; tax status has not been confirmed.
Outside websites and services
Links and embedded content may connect you to LEIN, PayPal, Google or social platforms. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. AACN does not control their availability or content.
Website content and photographs
Content may belong to AACN or other rights holders. Ask permission before reusing photos, logos or materials unless a separate license allows it. Linking to a public AACN page does not imply AACN’s endorsement.
Photos of minors require written parent or guardian consent before publication. Please contact AACN about permissions or concerns involving a photograph.
Availability and changes
AACN aims to provide clear information, but the website may contain errors or become unavailable. Report a problem so it can be reviewed. These draft terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
The organization must review responsibility, applicable law and any dispute process before finalizing these terms. Changes to these terms should be posted on this page when approved.
